The applicant proposes to carry out the following licensable activities or qualifying club activities on or from the above premises/club premises: The premises comprise a bar located within an indoor padel centre. The bar will serve alcohol and light refreshments to customers using the wider sports facility, as well as general visitors.

The premises include a designated indoor bar area with seating and a small number of recreational features such as darts, operating as a social space ancillary to the padel centre. There is also an external area associated with
the premises which may be used for the consumption of alcohol served from the bar. This area is not freely accessible to the general public and will be managed and controlled by staff at all times.
