NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation of a Premises Licence under the abovementioned legislation has been made by Mehmet Dari to Canterbury City Council in respect of premises known as A La Turka, 61-63 Central Parade, Canterbury, CT6 5JG in respect of Premises Licence no:
KE-PR-18-00736.
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to vary is to extend the area for licensable activities to include the garden area and add a small servery.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council, Council Offices, 14 Rose Lane, Canterbury, CT1 2UR, by appointment or at www.canterbury.gov.uk search for ‘Licensing Register’.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council at the above address by midnight 05/06/2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with the application.
