Licensing Act 2003 - Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above mentioned legislation has been made by Mr Paul Davis to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises which are known as the Mablethorpe Illuminations Event situate at The Promenade, Mablethorpe, LN12 1LU. The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the site, are as follows: Live Music, Recorded Music & Anything of a Similar Description to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performances of Dance: 1200 to 2230 Hours. The aforementioned activities to take place on one occasion per annum for a 1-day period.

The record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH, during normal office hours (email: licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk). Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing (or email) to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 04 June 2026.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the premises licence application.
