Full details of the application can be inspected on the licensing register, online at www.kingston.gov.uk or in person at the address given below. Deadline for representations: 2nd June 2026   Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by post: Licensing Team, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU   or by email: licensing@kingston.gov.uk  It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum penalty on conviction of such an offence is unlimited.
