APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We, ELAN BLEU LTD, have applied to Basildon Council for a Premises Licence for: 29 Connaught Way, Billericay, Essex, CM12 0UN.

The application is to permit the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol - online (off the premises), on the following days and hours: Mon-Sun, 8am-8pm.

Anyone wishing to make a representation must do so in writing to: Basildon Borough Council, The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin’s Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL or email: licensing@basildon.gov.uk by: 03.06.2026 - 28 days after application.

The application and register can be viewed at the above address during office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale.
