A record of my application is contained in the licensing register kept by Islington Council which is available for inspection free of charge at the above address or at www.islington.gov.uk between 09.00am and 16.00pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
