What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that 11Arches has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as 11 Arches, Flatts Farm, Toronto, Bishop Auckland, DL14 7SF for the Variation of a Premises Licence to:

- An increase from 18 show dates to a summer season of 57 shows between 18th July and 12th September. (This includes the current 18-night shows and in addition to the two pyro-musical events taking place upon days adjacent to the 5th November)

- To remove the Sunday Restriction for all licensable activities.

- To amend regulated entertainment indoors and outdoors to Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 18:00, Friday & Saturday 09:00 – 23:00, Sunday 09:00 – 18:00.

- To amend Late Night Refreshment to Fridays and Saturdays 23:00 – 01:00 (No Sundays)

- To amend Sale of Alcohol (consumption on and off the premises) Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 23:00, Friday & Saturday 09:00 – 01:00 and Sundays 09:00 – 23:00.

- To add additional conditions to the licence and to add an additional plan to the licence.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
