NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Grosvenor Estate Belgravia has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 29 April 2026 for the grant of a shadow premises licence to use the premises at Sachi @ The Pantechnicon, 19 Motcomb Street, London, SW1X 8LB for the playing of recorded music from 08:00 to 23:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 00:00 Friday to Saturday, 08:00 to 22:30 Sunday; the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 23:30 Monday to Wednesday, 23:00 to 00:00 Thursday to Saturday (02:00 Lower Ground Floor only); the sale by retail of alcohol from 08:00 to 23:30 Monday to Wednesday, 08:00 to 00:00 Thursday to Saturday (02:00 Lower Ground Floor only), 08:00 to 22:30 Sunday, plus non standard timings on the same terms as premises licence reference 24/07125/LIPRW, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 27 May 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
