What is proposed?

Public Notice - Licensing Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence (Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003)

An application has been made by Michael Crowley to North Yorkshire Council on 30th April 2026 to Vary the Premises/Club Licence for: Broken Bridge, 51 York Road, Tadcaster LS24 8AE.

The proposed variation is for a small side extension to rear of property with added fire escapes to rear and side decking areas.

The full application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at North Yorkshire Council, Licensing, Civic Centre, Doncaster Road, Selby between 10am and 4pm. All representations to this application must be made in writing to North Yorkshire Council (licensing.central@northyorks.gov.uk) within 28 days from the date of this notice.

It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
