What is proposed?
Public Notice - Licensing Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence (Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003)

All representations to this application must be made in writing to North Yorkshire Council (licensing.central@northyorks.gov.uk) within 28 days from the date of this notice.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
