Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that London Clubs Management Limited in respect of premises known as The Empire Poker Room, Basement to Second Floor, 5-6 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7NA, applied to the City of Westminster for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the permitted hours for the provision of regulated entertainment (to include plays, films, indoor sporting events, live music, performance of dance and anything of a similar description) and the sale of alcohol on & off the premises from the current hours of Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 05:30 the following morning and Sunday 12:00 to 05:30 the following morning to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00 (24 hours daily). The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00 (24 hours daily). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 29 May 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP, or by email to Licensing@westminster.gov.uk. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
