NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 01.05.2026 Stonegate Pub Company Limited applied to Liverpool City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Brookhouse, 467 Smithdown Road, Liverpool L15 5AE. The proposed variation is ;- To amend the layout plan annexed to the premises licence to incorporate an external bar servery in the rear beer garden. To add some new conditions onto the premises licence relaxing to the outside bar servery. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Buildings, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH and can also be made to LicensingAct2003@liverpool.gov.uk no later than 29.05.2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Liverpool City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations or by ringing 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
