To whom it may concern:
We Sidmouth Golf Club, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a variation of a Premises Licence Certificate at: Sidmouth Golf Club, Cotmaton Road. Sidmouth, EX10 8SX and known as Sidmouth Golf Club.
The application is to amend timings to our opening bar hours From: 10.00am - 12.00am To: 9.00am - 11.00pm
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do io by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX 14 1 EJ not later than 3rd June 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eaitdevon.qov.uk/licensinq/.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
