Andrea Farmer for The Darts Venue Ltd T/A The Darts Venue of First Floor, 40 High Street, Brentwood, CM14 4AJ.

Application for a New Premises Licence to provide: The Supply of Alcohol (on premises) from 1200hrs to 2300hrs on Monday to Friday and 1100hrs to 2300hrs on Saturday and Sunday. The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30am and 4.30pm Friday, excluding public holidays. Details are also provided on Brentwood Borough Council’s website at www.brentwood.gov.uk Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Other Person must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 27 May 2026.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (UNLIMITED).
