Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Notice is given that McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to Bolton Council on 29th April 2026 for a premises licence for McDonald's Restaurants, Cutacre Way, Bolton, BL5 1FN for the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises.

The application can be viewed, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive at :- Bolton Council, Licensing Team, Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU. If you wish to inspect this application please contact the Licensing Team at licensing.unit@bolton.gov.uk

Any representations to the Council regarding the application should be made during the period of 28 consecutive days starting the day after the application was lodged with the Council. The last day for representations to be made is 27th May 2026. All representations must be made in writing and sent to the Licensing Team in writing or via email.

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
