NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A

PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF

THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mr Wai Kwong Johnny Cheung has applied to vary a premises licence in relation to Mandarin Palace, 197-201 High Street, Hornchurch, RM11 3XT to permit the following changes to the licence: Increase the hours of the supply of alcohol and recorded music from 01:00 to 02:00, Saturday and Sunday AM. The register of the licensing authority is kept at the address below. Full details of the application can be inspected at this address during normal business hours. A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority Town Hall Main Road Romford RM1 3BD website www.havering.gov.uk Such representation must be received in writing by 20/05/2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
