Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at: Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9SD, during normal office hours. (9:00am – 5:00pm). It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
