Application For A Major Variation To A Premises Licence

An application has been made by Heartwood Inns Ltd for a Major Variation to a Premises Licence for The Plough and Harrow, 64 Ditton Hill Road, Surbiton, KT6 5JD. The application provides for the relaxation of conditions on the Licence relating to the provision of Live Music Indoors.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to: Elmbridge Borough Council, Environmental Health & Licensing, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9SD, or licensing@elmbridge.gov.uk, not later than 26th May 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at: Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9SD, during normal office hours. (9:00am – 5:00pm). It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
