The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing team 8am-4pm Mon-Fri exc. public holidays) or view the application online by visiting www.dudley.gov.uk. Any representations must be made in writing no later than 27.05.26 to:- Director of Environment, Neighbourhood Services - Licensing, Environment, Dudley Council, Lister Rd Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
