LICENSING ACT 2003:
APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited
has applied in respect of Old Peacock, Elland Road, Leeds,
LS11 8TU for an application to vary the premises licence
under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This
is an application to change the layout and design of the
premises in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing
number LP-01, project number 25-994. The changes
include the addition of first floor mezzanine with bar
servery and toilet provisions. The opening hours and
licensable activities authorised by the premises licence are
to remain unchanged. A full copy of the application is
available to view by contacting Leeds City Council.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned
application must be received in writing by email to:

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk;

or by post to:
Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall,
Leeds, LS1 1UR, no later than the of end of 27 May 2026,
stating the grounds for representation. The register of Leeds
City Council and the record of the application may be
inspected at the address of the council, given above, during
normal business hours or on the council’s website –

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
