NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Luma Restaurants Limited T/A
McDonald’s has applied to Fareham Borough Council on
1st May 2026 for the variation of the premises licence
at McDonalds Restaurants, Speedfields Park, Fareham,
PO14 1TZ.
The premises licence currently authorises the restaurant to
open and provide late night refreshment 24/7. The in-store
restaurant closes at 23:00 every night and the premises then
operates as Drive-Thru only, until 05:00 the following
morning. The variation is to add Delivery alongside the
existing Drive-Thru only restriction, enabling both the
Drive-Thru and Delivery services to operate during the
late-night refreshment hours.
This application and the licensing register can be inspected
at the address below during normal office hours.
Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to
make representation on this proposed application must
submit those representations in writing to:- The Licensing
Officer, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic
Way, Fareham, PO16 7AZ no later than 29th May 2026.
Any representations will be notified to the applicant and
will be considered by the Licensing Authority.
Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application. A person
is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a
false statement be made.
