Notice is hereby given that N & J Enterprises (North West)
Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence
in respect of premises known as the Black Bull, 119
Liverpool Road, Longton, Preston PR4 5AA.
The variation proposed is as follows:- To license the
outdoor areas for the sale of alcohol within the red line
shown on the attached plan between 12 noon and 23.00
hours. To add recorded music as a licensable activity for the
same standard and non-standard timings as live music. To
remove outdated, irrelevant and contradictory licence
conditions as detailed within this application. A copy of the
Application can be inspected at the offices of South Ribble
Borough Council Licensing Authority, South Ribble
Borough Council Civic Centre, West Paddock Leyland
Leyland PR25 1DH during normal office hours.
This application was lodged with South Ribble Borough
Council Licensing Authority on 24 April 2026 and any
representations must be made in writing to South Ribble
Borough Council Licensing Authority at the above
address or email
no later than
22 May 2026.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003
to make a false statement in or in connection with this
application. Those who make a false statement may be
liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
