Notice is hereby given that we, One Lease Seaham Limited have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as:
GRACE KELLY 6 NORTH TERRACE SEAHAM SR7 7EU
For the application to vary a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: -
Live Music, Recorded Music Friday and Saturday 08:00 – 02:00 Indoors, Sale of Alcohol Friday and Saturday 08:00 – 02:00 On
Sales Only and to add various conditions to the existing licence.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30
am and 4.30 pm.
