APPLICATION FOR A FULL VARIATION TO A
PREMISES LICENCE

We, Daniel Thwaites PLC, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE
that an application for a full variation to a Premises
Licence has been submitted to Pendle Borough
Council in relation to the premises known as Hare
And Hounds and situate at Skipton Old Road,
Foulridge, Colne, Lancashire, BB8 7PD, a brief
description of the changes being sought by the
application being as follows: To amend the plans
which accompany the premises licence, to extend
the hours for the sale of alcohol to 10:00 – 00:00 on
Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 – 01:00 on Friday
and Saturday, to amend the opening hours to 08:00
– 00:30 Sunday – Thursday and 08:00 – 01:30
Fridays and Saturdays. Any interested party or
responsible authority may make representations in
connection with the application. Any such
representations must be made in writing and be
made no later than 22nd May 2026 to the relevant
Licensing Authority, the postal address and, where
appropriate, the world wide web address (where the
register of the authority is kept and where the record
of the application may be inspected) being as
follows: Pendle Borough Council, Market Street,
Nelson, BB9 7LJ (

). Note: it is an
offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person
guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine
