Notice is hereby given that: Applicant: Rebecca Northfield – The Church Inn Address of Premises: The Church Inn, 23 Chadderton Fold, Chadderton, Oldham, OL12RR
Has applied to Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council (OMBC) for a variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003
The application seeks to:
• Extend the location of licensable areas to include all outside spaces
• Amend conditions relating to outdoor music to greater than 500 people
• Extend use of outdoor area times from 22:30 to 23:00 to allow for crowd dispersement.
