Notice is given that 440440 Limited Have applied to HACKNEY COUNCIL to vary premises licence LBH-PRE-T-1403 at: Ellies, 428 Kingsland Road, Hackney, London E8 4AA The application is to vary the current activities of the Exhibition of films (indoors), the playing of recorded music (indoors), the provision of late night refreshment (indoors), and the supply of alcohol (on the premises) on Thursday from 00:00 to 02:00 and on Friday from 00:00 to 02:00. Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 21 MAY 2026 Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant.
