What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 – NOTICE OF APPLICATION

APPLICANT: Tesco Stores Limited

PREMISES: 23 Town Lane, Little Neston, Neston, Cheshire, CH64 4DE.

An application has been made for the grant of a premises licence to allow the following licensable activities to take place:

  • The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday–Sunday, 23:00–00:00.
  • The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday–Sunday, 06:00–00:00.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA or can be viewed online at bit.ly/CWACapplicationsUnderConsultation.

The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays. For further information please email licensing@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA no later than 26/05/2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
