Notice is given that Kelly Gracias trading at Barham Park HA0 2HB - GOAN FESTIVAL has applied to Brent Council for New Premises License SUNDAY 25TH JULY 2026. Licensable activities Live Music Sun 12pm - 8pm, Performance of Dance Sun 12pm - 8pm, Supply of alcohol Sun 12pm - 8pm.

Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: ALCOHOL LICENSING, REGULATORY SERVICES, BRENT CIVIC CENTRE, ENGINEERS WAY, WEMBLEY, HA9 0FJ or by visiting the authority’s website: www.brent.gov.uk/business/licences/licensing-registers WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE 7th May 2026 specifying the grounds of opposition.

NOTE: Your objection will form part of the committee report and forwarded to the applicant. Please let us know if you have a valid reason for your personal details to be removed.

IT IS AN OFFENCE TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION. THE MAXIMUM FINE FOR WHICH A PERSON IS LIABLE ON SUMMARY CONVICTION FOR THE OFFENCE IS £5000.
