NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCES

Notice is given that Kelly Gracias trading at Barham Park HA0 2HB - GOAN FESTIVAL has applied to Brent Council for New Premises License SUNDAY 25TH JULY 2026. Licensable activities Live Music Sun 12pm - 8pm, Performance of Dance Sun 12pm - 8pm, Supply of alcohol Sun 12pm - 8pm.

Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: ALCOHOL LICENSING, REGULATORY SERVICES, BRENT CIVIC CENTRE, ENGINEERS WAY, WEMBLEY, HA9 0FJ or by visiting the authority’s website: www.brent.gov.uk/business/licences/licensing-registers WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE 7th May 2026 specifying the grounds of opposition.

Persons objecting to the grant of licences must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a committee of the Council. IT IS AN OFFENCE TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION. THE MAXIMUM FINE FOR WHICH A PERSON IS LIABLE ON SUMMARY CONVICTION FOR THE OFFENCE IS £5000.
