NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Mani Kumar Rai has applied in respect of Crown Buttery 7 Crown Street, Darlington, Co.Durham, DL1 1LU for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the Sale of Alcohol, Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 22:00, Sunday 11:00 - 22:00, both on and off the premises.Representations to this application must be made in writing by 27th May 2026 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
