What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 – NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Sesh Savers Ltd has applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council for a Premises Licence in respect of:

22 Arthur Avenue, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 0EG.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of:

11:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday.

The premises will operate as a delivery-only service with no public access.

A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority at:

The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA

or online at: www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk.

Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address.

Representations must be received no later than 28th May 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person doing so may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
