What is proposed?

Notice of application for variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs Trading Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Beaumont Arms, Church Lane, Kirkheaton, Huddersfield HD5 0BH.

The variation proposed is as follows:-

1. Amend the licensing plan in accordance with Drawing No. 2622 – 501 dated Apr 26 to include the whole extent of the premises within the licensed area.

2. Extend the opening hours to allow the premises to open daily from 08:00 for the provision of non-licensable activities such as breakfast, coffee and tea etc and to close daily at 02:30 the following day.

3. Remove all existing Annex 2 conditions.

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Licensing Office, Kirklees Council, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield HD1 6LG www.kirklees.gov.uk licensing@kirklees.gov.uk during normal office hours.

This application was lodged with Kirklees Council on 30 April 2026 and any representations must be made in writing to Kirklees Council at the above address no later than 28 May 2026

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
