What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Tony Flowers has applied for a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Field at Mellors Lane Park, Mellors Lane, Holbrook Belper DE56 0SY

It is proposed as follows:-

To permit plays, films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything similar, late night refreshment and sales of alcohol between 12.00 – 23.30 on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays for a maximum of 6 events per calendar year.

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Amber Valley Borough Council Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley DE5 3XE, www.ambervalley.gov.uk between normal office hours.

This application was lodged with Amber Valley Borough Council Licensing Authority on 27 April 2026 and any representations must be made in writing to Amber Valley Borough Council Licensing Authority at the above address or licensing@ambervalley.gov.uk no later than 25 May 2026.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
