APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I/We MONZUR ASHRAF have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL for a premises licences for: SPICE HUT of 90 High Street South, East Ham, London E6 3RL So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Late Night Refreshments from Monday to Sunday 2300 hours to 0100 hours, the following day.

Newham Council’s Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, Town Hall, 328 Barking Road, East Ham, E6 2RT (open from 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 22 May 2026. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.

Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
