What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Mush & Co Pvt Ltd has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for 76 & 80 Columbia Way, Blackburn, BB2 7DT.

The proposed licensable activities are the supply of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises as follows:

  • Monday to Saturday: 06:00 to 23:00
  • Sunday: 07:00 to 22:00

The application can be viewed at the Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council during normal office hours or via the Council’s website.

Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority within 28 days from the date of this notice.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable by an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
