What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs Trading Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Elephant & Barrel 273A Clapham Road London SW9 9BQ. 
The application proposes to:

1. Amend the licensing plan in accordance with drawing No. 23127 501 Rev B dated 25-11-2005 and to include the external areas within the licensed area and to permit the sale of alcohol from an external bar servery.

2. Extend the opening hours to a low the premises to open daily for breakfast, coffee and tea etc. from 08:00 

3. Remove certain existing Annex 2 conditions and add new condition. 

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of London Borough of Lambeth Licensing Section, 3rd Floor, Civic Centre 6 Brixton Hill, London SW2 1EG during normal office hours or via the Licensing authority’s website at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing  
This application was lodged with London Borough of Lambeth on 27 April 2026 and any representations must be made in writing to London Borough of Lambeth at the above address no later than 25 May 2026.
It is an o fence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false
statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
