NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FULL VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to
Lewisham Council on 30th April 2026 for the variation of the premises licencefor McDonald’s Restaurant, Unit 3 The Island Site, Plassy Road, London, SE6 2AW. The premises licence currently authorises 24/7 trading and the provision of late-night refreshment, with the restaurant area closed to customers between 02:00 and 05:00 every day, and the provision of late-night refreshment continuing via the Drive-Thru only during those hours. The proposed variation is to add a condition stating: “Between 02:00 and 05:00 every day, the restaurant door will only be opened to hand food to delivery drivers collecting orders.
During these hours, the restaurant will remain closed to customers”. The application may be viewed, during office hours, at:- Licensing Services, London Borough of Lewisham, Licensing Authority, Holbeach Office, 9 Holbeach Road, SE6 4TW. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations regarding the application to the licensing authority by e-mailing: licensing@lewisham.gov.uk
Representations must be received on or before 28th May 2026. Should representation be received a public hearing will be held.
NB: It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
