What is proposed?

We, LLANGOLLEN INTERNATIONAL MUSICAL EISTEDDFOD, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Denbighshire County Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence at ROYAL INTERNATIONAL PAVILION, ABBEY ROAD, LLANGOLLEN, LL20 8SW known as LLANGOLLEN PAVILION.
The application is to remove historic reference to the Eisteddfod, and that event will follow same rules as all other events already within the licence both for entertainment and supply of alcohol. To amend current licensable activities from indoors only to both indoors and outdoors (within the grounds of the pavilion site). To allow the overnight stay (in tents and motor homes) of private event group bookings. To allow for late night refreshment (both indoors and outdoors) Monday – Sunday 23:00 hrs – 01:00 hrs. Amending the wording of conditions within Annex 2. Submission of up-to-date plan. Remove embedded conditions from Annex 1.

Representations can be made between 24th April 2026 to 22nd May 2026. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
