Public Notice – Application For A Premises Licence

To whom it may concern We Lyme Bay Brewing Ltd, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Warehouse 2, Unit 10, Weycroft Avenue, Millwey Rise Industrial Estate, Axminster, EX13 5HU and known as Beerworks. The application is to apply to authorise the following licensable activities: E. Performance of Live Music (Indoors) - Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00. F. Playing of Recorded Music (Indoors) - Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00. H. Entertainment of a similar description to that falling within E, F or G (Indoors) - Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00. J. Supply of Alcohol for consumption ON and OFF the premises - Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00. Premises Open Hours requested - Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ, not later than Monday 25 May 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.  All representations must be in writing. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
