We, Ivybridge Town Council do hereby give notice that on 30 April 2026 applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a New Premises Licence at Victoria Park, Station Road, Ivybridge, PL21 0AQ. The application is for:- - Supply of Alcohol On/Off Premises 6 June 2026 Saturday 12:00-17:30 - Opening Hours 6 June 2026 Saturday 12:00-18:00.
Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, South Devon, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 28 May 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
