What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that HH Kingswood Limited has applied to Southwark Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Kingswood House Seeley Drive SE21 8QP. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Plays, films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance, anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or the performance of dance (a l indoors) – 09:00 until 23:00 Sunday to Tuesday and from 09:00 until 00:00 Wednesday to Saturday; 2. Late Night Refreshment (indoors) – 23:00 until 00:00 Wednesday to Saturday; 3. The sale of alcohol (on the premises) – 09:00 until 22:30 Sunday to Tuesday and from 09:00 until 23:30 Wednesday to Saturday; and 4. Opening hours – 09:00 until 23:00 Sunday to Tuesday and from 09:00 until 00:00 Wednesday to Saturday; 5. Additional hours for a l licensable activities and opening hours on New Year’s Eve through to New Year’s Day. Full details can be viewed upon
the application form lodged with the Licensing Authority. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Service, Hub 1, 3rd Floor, 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH or by email to licensing@southwark.gov.uk  no later than 27 May 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The licensing register of Southwark Council and the record of the above application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.southwark.gov.uk  
It is an o fence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should a false statement be made.
