NOTICE OF LICENCE APPLICATION  
Under the Licensing Act 2003 Section 17
GASTRONOMY FOODS have applied to Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council for a Premises Licence on the 01/05/2026 for KFC Aberystwyth, 8 Terrace Road, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, SY23 1NY  
We seek to Licence the following activities:
Late Night Refreshment 23:00 until 02:00am daily  
The application is available for inspection by request made to: The Licensing Section, Ceredigion County Council, County Hall, Aberaeron, Ceredigion SA46 0AT, by email: publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk or telephone: 01545 570 881  
Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address or by
e-mail to publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk by midnight on 29/05/2026  
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
