Anyone may make written representations about this application to Licensing, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG or by email to licensing.east@northyorks.gov.uk by 22/5/26. The application record/register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
