To Whom it May concern. I do hereby give notice that we, Staines-upon-Thames Day CIC, have applied to the licensing authority at Spelthorne Borough Council for a premises license for the premises of Memorial Gardens, Market Square and High Street Staines-upon-Thames TW18. and known as Staines-upon-Thames day site. This application is to include regulated entertainment and sale by retail of alcohol (on and off) in memorial gardens. In addition regulated entertinament in Staines High Street & Market Square . Hours are 1100 - 1900 on Sunday for any weekend in June for Staines-upon thames Day &1200-1900 on saturday for optional extra event day.
Any person wishing to make representation to this application may do so in writing to Spelthorne Borough Council , Licensing section knowle green, staines TW18 1XB or by email to licensing@spelthorne.gov.uk no later than 28th May 2026. Representations after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at Spelthorne Borough Council , Knowle green Staines during normal hours. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application the maximum fee is £5000.
