NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW
PREMISES LICENCE

I, Vamadevan Subakaran of VS Food and Wine,
213 Hightown Road, Luton LU2 0BZ Am applying
for the grant of a Premises Licence. If granted, the
licence will enable the following to take place: The
sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises
from 00.00hrs to 24.00hrs Monday to Sunday.
Persons wishing to make representations in
respect of this application may do so by writing to
Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town
Hall, Luton, Beds LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from
the date of this notice. A copy of the application is
also kept at the above address and may be viewed
during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction is a level 5 fine on the
standard scale.
