We Montalbano Welling Ltd hereby give notice that we have made an application to the L B Bexley c/o The Licensing Partnership Sevenoaks, The Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG on Thursday 30th April 2026 for grant of a new premises licence in respect of the premises situated at 125-129, Bellegrove Rd, Welling, Kent, DA16 3QS and to be known known by the sign of Montalbano Restaurant. The proposed application is to reinstate a premises licence on similar terms as previously granted namely The sale by retail of alcohol 11.00 – 23.30 Sunday to Thursday and Fridays and Saturdays and New Year’s Eve – 11.00 – 00.30 The provision of late night refreshment so that the premises licence holder can provide provide hot food and hot beverages from 23.00 – 23.30 Sunday– Thursday and Fridays Saturdays and New Year’s Eve 23.00 – 00.30 Provision of Regulated Entertainment on New Year’s Eve – 23.00 – 00.30 To view the application please go to

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing
Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain.
