Mr Kevin MOONEY hereby confirms by way of notice that an application has been submitted to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of:-

The Marquis of Granby, Church Road, Ipstones, Staffordshire, ST10 2LD.

Licensable activities applied for:-
Live music, recorded music, and anything similar:- Every day: 12:00 - 23:00.

Sale of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises):-
Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 23:00.
Friday and Saturday: 10:00 - 00:00.
Sunday: 11:00 - 23:00.

Opening hours applied for:-
Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 23:00.
Friday and Saturday: 10:00 - 00:00.
Sunday: 11:00 - 23:00.

A register is held at the Staffordshire Moorlands District Council containing information of all applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected by appointment at the offices of Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, Moorlands House, Stockwell Street, Leek, ST13 6HQ, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), or can be viewed here: http://www.staffsmoorlands.gov.uk/article/443/Currentlicence-applications.

A responsible authority or any other person may make representations in writing to the Staffordshire Moorlands District Council Licensing Team by 22 May 2026.
