Give notice that we have applied to Canterbury City Council as Licensing Authority for VARIATION in respect of Supply of Alcohol – Sunday-Thursday 07.00 – 00.00, Friday-Saturday 07.00 – 00.30, from 19.00 on New Years Eve until 01.00 on New Years Eve. Live Music – Friday–Saturday 12.00 - 00.00, Sunday 12,00 – 23.00, from 19.00 on New Years Eve until 01.00 on New Years Day. Recorded Music – Monday-Thursday 11.00 - 23.00, Friday 11.00 – 00.00, Saturday 12.00 – 00.00, Sunday 12.00 – 23.00, from 19.00 on New Years Eve until 01.00 on New Years Day.

Driving range will play music between 18.00 and 21.00 Monday-Sunday

Our estimated accommodation limit is approximately 350 persons across the driving range, clubhouse and the course. for the premises Canterbury golf Club situated at Scotland Hill , Littlebourne Road , Canterbury , CT1 1TW

CT1 2UR, to make an appointment email licensing@canterbury.gov.uk or Any representations to my/our application must be made in writing to the above email or postal address and must relate to one or more of the Licensing Objectives:

(1) The prevention of crime and disorder, (2) public safety, (3) the prevention of public nuisance, (4) the protection of children from harm. (f) 01/05/2026 (this is 28 days from the day following the application having been submitted)

All representations will be available for public inspection (other than an application for a provisional statement). Anonymous representations will not be considered. It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
