47-53 Adelaide terrace NE4 8BN, Shop local Notice given that Ali hamza applied to Newcastle City Council on 28th April 2026 for premises license.
Sale of alcohol everyday between 8am to 10pm.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: - Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH.

Last day for representation must be received by 26th May 2026.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000).
