NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Japnee Singh, 50a Adelaide Terrace, Benwell, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE4 8BD.

Notice is given that Japnee Singh applied to Newcastle City Council on 29th April 2026 for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises for the timings of Monday to Sunday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:-

Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety, Regulation and Development, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be recieved 27th may 2026 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.newcastle.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
