I have submitted an application for the variation of a premises licence to Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG. The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday - Friday or on the Council's website at www.bristol.gov.uk. Details of application We would like to vary the license to to sell alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises. This is only to encourage sit down consumption of alcohol in moderation. There will be no vertical drinking. The sale of alcohol on premises will primarily be to support events such as wine and cheese tasting, board game days, beer and pizza nights. These will all be sit-down only events.
This will be no earlier than 8.30 am and end by 10pm 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday.
Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by the 3rd of May. such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol, BS1 9LN or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk
