Amar Abbas is applying for the Variation of a Premises Licence for Middleton Exotic Cuisine, 67 Long Street, M24 6UN
The Licence, if granted, is to allow the following activities to take Place: Provision of late-night refreshment.
With the proposed change to trading hours: Sunday to Monday 17:00 to 05:00
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing (official forms must be used and are available from the following address or the Rochdale Council website) to the Licensing Manager at The Licensing Unit, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU.
Representations may be made during 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Unit, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU.
The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9-11am or 2-4pm, except bank holidays.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary conviction, for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
