Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under The Licensing Act 2003
Notice Is Hereby Given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Michael Smith to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as gotpadelclub which are situated at 14-18 Venture Park, Great Northern Terrace, LN5 8FE
The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows:
Sale of Alcoholic Beverages from 12.00 (Midday) - 22.00 from Monday to Sunday
The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 28th May
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
